3. Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your friendly and experienced trainers. Bring comfortable clothes, light shoes, a towel and a water bottle. If you don't have hand wraps and gloves, do not worry we got you covered.
4. Enjoy a 45 minute fun, inclusive & high intensity workout session. Our experienced trainers are here to help and support you all the way.
5. After the fun you will have the option to so sign up for a membership with classes running at convenient times from Monday to Saturday, and with NO cancellation fees.
